Steps for Applying for APN Licensure and Prescriptive Authority in Delaware

Step #1 Delaware APN License

The application does not include the Authority to prescribe. Click here for the application.

Note: Once the Delaware State Board of Nursing has approved the application they will then issue the application for prescriptive authority directly to the APN that requested licensure. Steps #2 and #3 are only for APNs that are obtaining a license to prescribe controlled substances and cannot be done until the APN has obtained prescriptive authority.
