The newly reformed Childhood Lead Poisoning Advisory Committee meeting has been scheduled:

Background: With the passage of HB 89 earlier this year, the Childhood Lead Poisoning Advisory Committee has been restarted, has had additional stakeholders added to the Committee, and has been tasked with meeting to advise on the implementation of the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Act and make recommendations.

Your attendance and participation will help to enhance the work of childhood lead poisoning prevention in Delaware. It is only through the inclusion of stakeholders and community members that we can get the clearest picture of the extent of the problem and determine the best path forward.

These Committee meetings are open to the public and a public comment period will be allowed.
