Membership Assembly

The Membership Assembly of the Delaware Nurses Association is the highest decision-making body of the association. Membership Assembly is convened twice a year and is comprised of the following voting and non-voting constituents:

Discussion/action items contain both routine and special topics including, but not limited to, bylaw changes, committee reports, President's address, Treasurer's report, keynote speakers, special presentations, and member open forum.

2024 Member Notices - Call for Nominations & Proposed Bylaw Amendments

• On October 10th, the Board of Directors placed a call for nominations for the elected Executive Committee positions of Secretary and Treasurer.
• Both are two-year term positions and must be a RN or APRN with full DNA & ANA membership.
• Please read the position descriptions and submit a Consent for Elected Position if you would like to place your name on the ballot.

Notice of Proposed Bylaw Amendments - Seeking Review & Comments

• In August 2024, the DNA Board of Directors approved proposed amendments to the organization's bylaws.
• All DNA members are encouraged to review the proposed amendments and submit any comments or questions via email to contactdna@denurses.org.

• The proposed bylaw amendments will be discussed and voted on at the Membership Assembly meeting on Tuesday, November 12th.
